Brief Descriptions: Join Indian Army has published a notification for recruitment for the Trade of Soldier GD, Soldier Technician, Soldier Tradesman, Clerk for the selected district of Malda, Uttar Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur, Jalpaiguri, Coochbehar, Kalimpong, Darjeeling & Alipurduar. All the aspirants who are fit for the posts are requested to read the notification carefully and apply online from 14th Nov 2020.
Age Limit: As on 01-10-2020
- Soldier GD Post: Born Between 01-10-1999 to 01-04-2003 or Age of 17.6 to 21 Years.
- Others Posts: Born Between 01-10-1997 to 01-04-2003 or Age of 17.6 to 23 Years.
Educational Qualification :
| Post Name | Qualification |
| Soldier GD | Class 10th Passed with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. Grading system minimum of Grade D (33-40) in individual subject or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade. |
| Soldier Technical | 10+2 Exam passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject. |
| Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper Technical | 10+2 Exam passed in any stream (Arts, Commerce & Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory. |
| Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) | (A) Class 10th Simple Passed. (B) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored a minimum of 33% in each subject. |
| Soldier Tradesman 8th (All Arms) | (A) Class 8th Simple Passed (for Syce, House Keeper & Mess Keeper). (B) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored a minimum of 33% in each subject. |
| Soldier Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant Veterinary | 10+2 Exam passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject. OR 10+2 Exam passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and English with Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% marks in each subject. |
